All of our schedules are kid-centered, research-based, and community-oriented.
Our weekly schedule (2025-2026) is as follows:
Events
For our events calendar, please go to our Families’ Portal.
Building opens before (7:30 am) and closes after school (5:30 pm).
Class in session from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm.
*The daily learning schedule may be modified at any time with or without notice.
EmpowerEd’s calendar is similar to the RCAS calendar this year.
Meals
Each full week on Thursdays, kids help cook the communal lunch. Not only do they learn the invaluable skill of cooking, they also learn about nutrition, budgeting, and collaboration.
We ask that families pack a lunch for their kids (except Community Lunch Thursdays).
Healthy snacks (i.e. fresh fruit and vegetable, cheese, hummus, crackers, popcorn, etc.) will be available twice a day, at 10:00 and 3:00. Contributions are welcome!
